Prompt & session details

Acoustic folk-pop, warm intimate vocals, fingerpicked guitar, gentle piano, tender and hopeful

[Verse 1]
You left a note beside my door
A little sun across the floor
I kept it through the longest rain
Until the colors came again

[Chorus]
A little more light, a little more time
A place for your hand right here in mine
Whatever the weather, whatever the miles
I carry you home in the shape of a smile

[Verse 2]
We made a map of ordinary days
The corner shop, the midnight trains
No grand parade, no perfect view
Just all the roads that lead to you

[Chorus]
A little more light, a little more time
A place for your hand right here in mine
Whatever the weather, whatever the miles
I carry you home in the shape of a smile

THREE WAYS IN

Bring what you have.

A full lyric sheet is optional. Choose the starting point that fits your idea.

01 / AN IDEA

Describe your song.

In Simple mode, write a theme plus a sound: genre, mood, instruments and vocal character. Generate, then compare the returned versions in My Songs.

“Hopeful indie pop about the last train home, warm vocals, shimmering guitars.”

02 / YOUR WORDS

Give your lyrics a voice.

In Custom mode, paste original lyrics, add a title and choose a style. Get a sung interpretation with an arrangement. Keep lines short and mark verse and chorus sections.

A small process.
A lot of possibilities.

Set the direction, explore a few variations, and choose the song that feels right.

Choose a mode, add your idea or lyrics, and describe the sound you want. Check public or private visibility before submitting.

  2. 02

    Generate and compare

Sign in to generate. My Songs shows task progress and the returned tracks. Listen for lyric clarity, arrangement and unwanted sounds.

  3. 03

MAKE IT USEFUL

A song with somewhere to go.

FOR SONGWRITERS

Hear your lyric draft.

Start with two short verses and a repeatable chorus. Use a sparse acoustic arrangement to hear the phrasing. If words feel rushed, shorten each line before changing the genre.

FOR PERSONAL MOMENTS

Give a memory a melody.

Describe one scene and the feeling it should carry. Replace generic praise with a place or shared detail, and avoid private information in a public generation.

FOR VIDEO & PODCAST IDEAS

Find the right background.

Choose Instrumental, a steady groove and a small set of instruments. Ask for a sparse arrangement so it leaves space for speech. Exact duration, looping and mastering require your own editing.

BEFORE YOU PRESS GENERATE

A few good things to know.

Can I use my own lyrics or make a song without vocals?

Yes. Choose Custom mode, paste lyrics you have the right to use, and add a musical style. For music without sung lyrics, switch on Instrumental. The instrumental generator starts in that mode. Lyrics, structure and style are guidance; outputs can vary.

What is free, and when do I need to subscribe?

Free accounts receive 3 generation-tool attempts per UTC day and 3 Advanced music generations in total as a trial. An Advanced trial also consumes the daily allowance. Free songs are public and can be streamed online. Paid subscriptions unlock downloads, private generation, extension and stem separation; Starter includes 150 credits and Plus 500 credits per allowance month.

How are credits counted?

A music generation task costs 1 paid credit, rather than 1 credit for each output song. Extension and either stem-separation mode also cost 1 credit per task. Style covers cost 3 credits. Free-tool attempts share one daily allowance. Annual plans still refresh their credits monthly, based on the subscription start date.

Can I download MP3 and WAV files?

Downloads require an active paid plan. MP3 or original audio is offered when available; WAV is offered only when the generation has a WAV file. A format option is not a promise that every result supplies that format. Free accounts can listen online.

Are my songs private?

Free-plan songs are public: people with the link can view them. On a paid plan, select Private before generating or change a song’s visibility in your library. Private visibility controls who can access your songs. Your inputs are still processed to fulfill your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or lyrics.

Can I use a song commercially?

Our commercial entitlement and certificate tools require an active annual Starter or Plus plan. Check the Commercial Use page and terms for the license scope. You must have rights to your submitted material; a certificate is not a guarantee of copyright, exclusivity, distribution acceptance or freedom from third-party claims. Monthly billing should not be treated as including an annual commercial entitlement.

What if the first result does not sound right?

Change one part of the prompt at a time: simplify conflicting genres, name the main instrument, or shorten crowded lyric lines. Generate another variation and compare it. There is no precise phrase-replacement editor, guaranteed voice identity or exact-duration control. Extension continues a song; it does not repair an arbitrary section.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can manage an eligible subscription through Account and the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewal; paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory rights. Contact support for duplicate charges or a confirmed billing error.
